iSkills respects your privacy and explains in this policy exactly what data it collects and why. This policy covers every visitor, student, and freelancer who uses iSkills websites, apps, or training programs, including SEBT NEXT, iFreelancePro, iLocalSEO, and iVAM.

By visiting our sites or enrolling in a program, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our services.

We keep your account and course data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward, to support certificate verification, refund requests, and legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion as described in the next section.

09Children's privacy

Our iKids program is designed for younger learners and is intended to be used with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent. Outside of iKids, our programs are intended for users old enough to enter into enrollment agreements under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from young children without appropriate parental consent.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post any updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through email or an in-app notice.
