Acceptance of terms

By visiting sebtnext.com, creating a student account, or enrolling in SEBT NEXT, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or enroll in the program.

Eligibility

SEBT NEXT is intended for adult learners who can enter into an enrollment agreement under the laws of their country of residence. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, or as part of a school or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that person or group.

Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received in full through one of our approved payment partners. Pricing can differ slightly between our main training page and the course portal, so always confirm the current price before paying.

We do not store full card numbers. Billing details are processed by PCI-compliant payment partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and cancellations

You may request a refund within 15 days of your enrollment date. To request a refund, contact our support team through WhatsApp, email, or the portal with your registered email address and payment reference.

• Refund requests made after the 15-day window are handled at iSkills' discretion.
• Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
• Access to lectures and course materials ends once a refund is processed.

Course access and license

Once enrolled, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access SEBT NEXT lectures, assignments, and resources through the web portal, iOS app, and Android app, including lifetime access to recorded material after your live cohort ends.

• Course accounts are for individual use and may not be shared or resold.
• iSkills may suspend access for accounts found sharing logins or redistributing course content.
• Access depends on you having a working device, internet connection, and the required apps installed.

Code of conduct

Live sessions, WhatsApp groups, and community spaces connected to SEBT NEXT are meant to support learning. We expect students to communicate respectfully with instructors, staff, and other students at all times.

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward staff or students is not permitted.
• Sharing exam answers, assignment solutions, or paid content outside the program is not permitted.
• iSkills may remove a student from live sessions or community groups for repeated violations.

Certificates

Students who complete the required modules and assignments receive a certificate of completion. Certificates confirm participation and completed coursework, and do not represent a government-accredited qualification unless stated otherwise on the certificate itself.

Intellectual property

All lectures, slides, templates, tools, and written material provided through SEBT NEXT belong to iSkills or its instructors. You may use these materials for your own learning and freelancing work, but you may not re-record, redistribute, or resell them without written permission.

Changes to the program

iSkills may update the SEBT NEXT curriculum, module order, instructors, or bonus programs to keep the course aligned with current SEO and AI search practices, including changes made in response to Google algorithm updates. We will communicate significant changes to enrolled students through email, WhatsApp, or an in-app notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SEBT NEXT provides training and does not guarantee specific income, freelancing results, or search rankings, since these depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and changes to third-party platforms such as Google, Fiverr, and Upwork.

To the extent permitted by law, iSkills is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the course, the website, or the student portal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your enrollment or use of SEBT NEXT will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Multan, Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our program or for legal reasons. We will post the updated version on this page with a new last updated date, and will notify enrolled students of significant changes by email or in-app notice.
